Prediction blocks, a price axis, and the win animation

A run of interface work tonight. Prediction blocks now render inside the betting area on the graph — there is a slight delay when they appear that I want to come back to.

Added the price axis down the y-side so you can actually read what you are betting on. Then built the win and lose animations, and got the win state working end to end. Watching a round resolve in your favour with confetti is a very different experience from reading a number change.
