Day one: the skeleton

Put the basic structure of the project down today. Two halves: a Next.js app under my-app for the interface, and a Hardhat workspace under contracts for the Solidity side.

The idea I want to test is whether a prediction market can feel like a game rather than a form. Everything from here is in service of that.
